For nearly 20 years, Insurance Matt lived in the trucking insurance trenches. Quoting, servicing, chasing data, fighting tools that promised efficiency but delivered friction. He knew exactly what agents needed: live FMCSA data, contact information that actually worked, and a way to reach newly active motor carriers before the rest of the market did.

Instead, he got static lead lists that went stale on export. Generic CRMs adapted from real estate or recruiting. Software that couldn't tell the difference between a DOT number and a docket number.

At the same time, Tech Matt saw the problem from the other side. With 20 years of experience in data and software development, he knew there had to be a better way.
